Loose Leaf Tea 101
Tea is a very healthy drink. Alot of people have benefitted from it and it has been around for sometime.To maintain a healthy weight the Ancient Chinese relied on Green Tea, which are fattening when taken in excess. Some of our ancestors also credit the tea for giving them long and healthy lives and for giving them energy. People drink tea for the same reasons our ancestors have. Drinking tea is said to be helpful in keeping our bodies healthy. In fact it has numerous benefits. Drinking tea helps people maintain a healthy body weight, drinking tea can help improve digestions, to have more energy people drink tea and to help them sleep soundly at night people drink tea. Tea is often associated with teabags however there is another type of tea which is the loose leaf tea.
The loose leaf tea is the opposite of the teabag tea. The loose leaf tea is not placed in any type of container be it a teabag or otherwise. The very leaves of the loose leaf tea are the ones that are soaked in water, unlike those teabags wherein the leaves are crushed. Since the leaves are intact loose leaf tea has more flavor and taste.
